Hi there! I'm Nikhil Gajghate — that's "Nick-Hill" (say it fast enough and you'll nail it. The last name? Just ask me in person).

I'm a full-time Data Scientist at Direct Supply in Milwaukee, WI, where I spend my days turning data into decisions and models into impact (or at least I try).

Originally from Hyderabad, India, I made the move to the U.S. for college and graduated from the inaugural Computer Science class at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics.

When I'm not immersed in data, I'm probably doing one of the following:

• Lifting weights 🏋️‍♂️
• Playing volleyball 🏐
• Reading 📚
• Tinkering with a new side project 🛠️
• Or cruising around in my '99 Miata, a car that's 90% fun and 10% held together by optimism.

Also, I'm dangerously passionate about chicken fried rice and coffee ice cream — preferably not at the same time (but never say never).
